EXTREMELY SATISFIED OVERALL DESPITE A SLIGHT INITIAL HICCUP

I recently bought a BMW. A couple of days later noticed a slight oil leak. Naturally this was concerning, but I contacted PEVEREL immediately. To their credit, they handled the situation promptly and professionally, getting the issue sorted out quickly.

Now that the oil leak is fixed the car is running smoothly and I’m really happy with the purchase. This left me with a POSITIVE impression and would highly recommend them.

Don’t enjoy buying cars, always think I’m about to be make a potentially expensive mistake. Dealing with Alex at Peverel Car Company was a pleasure. They are not interested in selling sub-standard cars (my outgoing car was not good enough for part exchange) and they make the whole process simple and pleasurable and I get the impression they genuinely want their buyers to be happy. Picked up my immaculate ‘new’ car, with fresh MOT and all advisories addressed. Even then, the cynic in me expected some disappointment. But no, two weeks on and I couldn’t be more pleased - had a lot of admiring comments too!

The Peverel Car Company are a very professional set up. The staff are very knowledgeable and professional in every way. The cars they have for sale are well present and of a very high standard. I had the pleasure of buying my car from these guys an Audi Q3. Elliot was the guy that dealt with my enquiry and he offered a first class service. Time was taken to talk through all the paperwork work etc and I left very happy with my purchase. The whole experience was first class. I would highly recommend.

After looking at cars in auto trader and the reviews from said car companies I shortlisted buying a BMW 5 series from peverel. During my searches I saw only 5 star ratings via the auto trader website so thought it would be good to give them a try.
Well the 5 star ratings were justified. From start to finish speaking with Alex and the car was first class customer service, and as a BMW enthusiast I could really see his passion and willingness to provide an excellent service when selling the car I was interested in.
Alex was very responsive to phonecalls and messages which I've found a mix bag amongst car dealers. None I've found as responsive to calls and messages as Alex though.
Alex was very accommodating about arranging a test drive out of hours, creating personal in depth videos for me before I went to see the car. Giving me a proper test drive route where I could really let the car loose on the 60 mph country winding roads, go on the motorway, test out the suspension and cornering. He wanted me to be absolutely happy with the car before buying it.
As I was in the middle of relaxing a written off car my situation was quite troublesome in that I was still waiting for the payout but once it came had a short window before needing to return the courtesy car.
During the car sale process Alex answered all my questions and really went through a lot of the cars features. He also sorted out a finance package for me before I received the pair from my insurance company which was a big help, ensured the car had a brand new MOT with no advisories. He also helped with a warranty package which is already paid dividends as I've had a couple sensors fail which I've had replaced and would have cost a few hundred £s each to sort out.
If peverel have a car in interested in the future I'll definitely be purchasing from them without any concerns as I know the car will be in good condition and the customer service will be first class.
Alex even answered a few after sales questions/queries I had.
